Yang Yue |
Yang Yue is currently a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. He is the founder and current PI of Intelligent Photonic Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab). Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published >300 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >14,000 citations, two books (Elsevier, Springer Nature), eight edited books, two book chapters, >50 issued patents (including 30 U.S. patents and 6 European patents), >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >90 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of Optica and SPIE. He is also among the Top 2% Scientists List Worldwide by Stanford University. |

Lingfeng Shi |
Lingfeng Shi is affiliated with the School of Electronic Engineering and Circuit Design CAD Laboratory, Xidian University. His main research areas include: Circuits and Systems, and Integrated Circuit Design. He serves as an Associate Editor for over 20 international authoritative SCI academic journals (including those published by IEEE, IET, MEJ, and JIE) as well as the IEEE Open Journal of Instrumentation and Measurement etc. Additionally, he is a member of the expert panel for the National High-Tech Research and Development Program of China (863 Program) and so on. |

Jiashen Teh is an Associate Professor in Electrical Power System at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), a Senior Member of IEEE, and a Member of the IET. He also holds the credentials of Chartered Engineer accredited by the Engineering Council, UK, Professional Engineer certified by the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM), and Professional Technologist recognized by the Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT). |

Ljiljana Trajkovic |
Prof. Ljiljana Trajkovic is a Professor at the School of Engineering Science, Simon Fraser University, Canada. Her research focuses on optical communication networks, photonic system optimization, and new energy-related optical sensing technologies, with an emphasis on exploring machine learning-driven optical traffic analysis and photonic solutions that support efficient energy data transmission. She has served as President of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, President of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society(2014-2015), and other positions, advancing the development of optics and energy-related technologies. Her honors include the IEEE Joseph G. Wohl Distinguished Career Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Institute of Cognitive Informatics and Cognitive Computing (I2CICC), and the IEEE Vancouver Section Service Award etc. |

Wei Wu |
Wei Wu is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Physics and Technology, Wuhan University. His research mainly focuses on the preparation and application of printable functional materials, flexible printed electronic devices, and research on wearable electronics and their system design—skillfully integrating optics and new energy technologies into these fields. Through his pioneering work in areas such as optical anti-counterfeiting, photocatalytic materials, printed flexible energy storage devices, and evaporation-driven power generation technology, he has built a bridge between traditional printing and modern optical/energy technologies. This effort provides new ideas and technical solutions for addressing major challenges including information security, energy crisis, and environmental protection. |

Lei Yang |
Lei Yang is a researcher, doctoral supervisor at Zhengzhou University and an IEEE Senior Member. His research focuses on Power Equipment Intellectualization、Power System Automation and Smart Grid and Image Processing for Power Equipment. He has led General/Youth Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Henan Provincial Key Science and Technology Projects. As first/corresponding author, he has published over 50 SCI papers (including 20 in IEEE Transactions, 2 ESI highly cited), with an H-index of 34. He was listed in Stanford's world's top 2% scientists in 2024-2025, and has 4 Henan Education Department awards + over 10 national invention patents. |

Currently he is serving as Director Farabi Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security, Director Science & Tech / Director ICESCO Chair Data Analytics and Edge Computing, Quaid i Azam University, Islamabad. He has published more than 230 publications, 02 books and 16 book chapters with total citations of 6430 and h-index of 44. His research interests include Power Internet of Things (Power IoT), Coordinated Scheduling of New Energy Power Systems, Power System Information Security. |
